Nature Leadership ( As shown multiple arcs especially Zou, WCI )

Insane Growth or UnBroken Spirit and Willpower to protect his loved ones ( cuz whole his life he being ridiculed and harrased, and still that didn't stop him cuz he was "saved" by His Mom Sora, Zeff, Reiju, Luffy etc )

What criteria he might have is
Natural Born CoC ( Cuz he is royalty so his ancestor maybe had CoC )
When Gyaban Said Sanji had Quality Of A "King", its interesting to me cuz Sanji in fact is a royalty and royalty in one piece gotta had someone who possess CoC cuz they are "Emperor" Or King.

Altho the criteria isn't always determined how someone possess CoC, its an hint of someone who can possibly had it.

This is a prime example why I never call anyone a sanjitard. Instead of his fan predicting Sanji will get both COC and POL and hyping his limitless potential. Most fans only assumed he would only get one and other were iffy on him getting CoC. You're problably one of the closest i could call one and that what you want. If it was a zorotard they will hype him to the moon for having both.

The first confirmed user of Power of Love is Garp.

Sanji has both.

Haki is just a name for spiritual energy. Power of Love is likely the same in nature.

I think the difference is Power of Love is selfless, and Conqueror's is selfish.

Sanji has always been selfless. He's not used to be selfish, but he needs to be, in order to be more effective when he's being selfless.

In essense, Sanji has to learn to put on his own oxygen mask first.
