Speculations Now that Sanji has his CoC confirmed, who's the next Straw Hat to unlock it?

After Brook's story, I think Sogeking is coming to fight Imu.
I've been wondering why Oda hasn't touched on Sogeking at all (thought it would happen in Wano) Post Time Skip, and the most obvious explanation is Oda is saving New World Sogeking for Elbaph.
Seeing Dorry and Brogy getting weak in the knees from Usopp's CoC would be SOOOOO cool.

Nobody from strawhats will unlock coc expect luffy zoro sanji. Because coc is for users they have the power to conquering and leading around. Strawhats they can unlock observation haki and armament. And they can master these types of haki. For a time most strawhats they don't even have normal armament and they are already parts of a yonko team. Looks impossible to have coc or adv coc. A strong armament and advance observation is fair enough for them. And they can master their devil fruits too. Is very funny most of them they don't even have a normal armament but have almost pirate king captain already fighting with the almost last villain imu. Strawhats need upgrades they still fighting with sticks and normal punches omg I think after elbaf need time skip.

Depends, did anyone else on Roger's crew have it? Like if Crocus had it, then Chopper. If Sunbell had it, then Jinbe. Luffy's crew is always compared to Roger's crew, so I think that's the deciding factor. And I guess, whoever Oden parallels.
I know a lot of people say the entire crew, but Rock's crew was the example of too many conquerors which had infighting.

My default thoughts on this is that, I think the CoC moment would be unique to Sanji for this arc as Usopp awakening CoC would steal some arc spotlight from the awakening moment for Sanji...
Although I'm not dismissing that possibility because when Sanji became a wanted person, it was also the time when the rest of the crew became wanted as well... And we are nearing the end so the earlier it comes, the better... However, I think Usopp awakens CoA first...
And stays as is... It has been a running gag since the beginning...
I believe those highlighted jumping with Roger and his Wings during GV probably became CoC users at some point as they're the main fighters... But for the SHs, probably Usopp is the last one... Unless Oda plans to give it to the EB5... After all, the only thing holding back Nami and Usopp is pessimism... As for the rest, I just can't imagine Jinbe becoming a CoC user... Don't get me wrong, given Gaban's speech, I believe the SHs pass the qualities, I just don't think everyone will...
