I mean this arc by "all is said and done". Luffy will unequivocally look better than Loki by the arc's end in my opinion, and I don't expect it to be particularly close either.

There's probably at least another dozen or two chapters left for this arc, and there's just no way Luffy and Imu's interaction ends here, if it does then I'll take the L.
