Eh. I'm not sold on the bounty argument, mostly because Oda has historically used these bounties as gags and to fulfill numbers wordplay.
Jimbei's portrayal as a fighter once he joined the crew has not been nearly as compelling as it was beforehand. As of 2026, what good reason is there to have him above Sanji at this point?

I don't think the bounty is even an argument, as the difference is so tiny. Ironically it mattered quite a bit to Sanji. But the argument that Sanji's accomplishments in Wano put him ahead meets this wall.
Jinbe as of now has still clashed against the stronger opponents historically. Ace had a greater reputation than Queen, Akainu is above Kizaru, and Big Mom is above Killingham. Again I do understand that even by the end of this arc Oda may make a definitive statement, but Jinbe is continually underrated as a character no matter how strong Sanji gets.
