I'm pretty sure that people don't actually believe that, I think its just a lame counter argument to people who bring up "Okay, so now that we have seen Luffy fight Imu, and half the fight use no visible Haki (despite expressing open frustration that his hits aren't landing), will people FINALLY accept tbat Oda doesn't bother drawing aCoC/Haki in general every time its used?". Lol.
