Keep going until you hit the episodes where the Arlong park arc starts, but tbh you're better off reading the manga because it could be that late 90s/early 00s animation may feel dated for some people so a lot of these episodes leading up to that arc may be hard to sit through.
Watch until the Loguetown arc which is considered the prologue as the name implies. If you feel the same way by then you should drop it and look for a show you actually enjoy.
