Who from history would you like to meet, and what would you want to talk about?
I think if I had to pick a person, my mind goes to three people
Either an old philosopher like a stoic, and try to discuss christianity with them as a future thing that would happen, and their opinion on it
( Paul does talk with stoics in Greece in the Bible, in Acts 17 if you want to read the encounter )
Or
Scopenhauer, try to get him out of hopeless slop, although he may just be a cranky man you can't argue with

Martin Luther, to talk about how awful the schooling system is

I was reading through his wikipedia page one time and apparently
"The three schools focused on the trivium: grammar, logic and rhetoric.
Luther later compared his education there to purgatory and hell."
