When do people ever learn that little resistance doesn’t have to mean the wagon is not scum. It just means that if the wagon is on scum the scum team isn’t much in control.
Like in Pokemon we constantly had s/s wagons because Town had just way more vocal voices until Poyser pulled a double bus and we took back thread control. It just happens if people don’t have thread control, sometimes.
