Argentina has one huge advantage over Spain, that is experienced and the power to suppress all kinds of pressure..
Most of Spain squad are young star and i believe most of them played WC first time and not to say they idolized Messi, definitely there would be some pressure.
As long as they play free flow game, without succumbed to the pressure like they bullly France, victory is given....i'd say

I see both sides of the argument. I support Spain but for specific reasons. My wife is half Spaniard and two of my grandparents were from Asturias and The Pyrenees.
to circle back to the Argentinian thing, they have ostracized themselves for decades by claiming to be literal Europeans and looking down on Mexicans, Bolivians, and the more native leaning populations specifically.
Many of them don’t see a reason to support a country that sees itself as white supremacist to its very core whilst not being a true “white” country itself.
Despite all of that, I still see them as part of Latin America and I was supporting them over England. I was also happy when they won in 22.
