Been saying it for a while, this Loki overhype isnt gonna match well, no way Oda is going to do Shanks and the rest dirty. It would be the stupidest decision by Oda to suddenly shit on his MC goals/benchmarks (Shanks/Roger) like the way these Loki 'fans' wanna do. In eggland, kizaru say luffy defeat kaido like Katakuri see luffy defeat cracker.
In elfbaf arc, gaban say luffy defeat kaido.

Aye, but there is a fine line between giving a character like Gaban a cool moment and doing so, but while completely destroying your own powerscaling you've build up prior to that.
