For now, the only known user of this ability is Shanks, and potentially Shamrock as well.

I believe this ability would be perfect for Shiryu.

The invisibility ability already suits his lightning-fast, quick-draw sword attacks. Combining invisibility with the CoO-killer ability would be the pinnacle of that .

The problem is that if this requires the highest level of CoC, then Shiryu most likely won't get it, because I assume his CoC might be around Yamato's level, not anywhere near Shanks's.

However, if the CoO killer technique is something that a lower-level CoC user with enough stealth mastery can also achieve, then Shiryu might get it.

It's just Telepathy (Another Advanced Technique of CoO), same Ability used by Gorosei, Zunesha, Shanks, Katakuri, Yasopp ... etc
Instead of being used on Allies, such Ability can also be used on Enemies to disrupt their CoO,

Telepathy is Advanced CoO Level 2 (With Future Sight being Level 1),
It doesn't require CoC, but anyone who has it, also have Future Sight,
Just like anyone who have Barrier CoA, also have Hardening CoA,

CoC + CoO = Future Sight
aCoC + CoO = Observation Killing

In any case, I believe
- Rocks used Observation Killing to confront Imu
- Blackbeard not only has Conqueror's Haki, he also has Observation Killing and used it to scar Shanks
- Shanks learned Observation Killing as a consequence of Blackbeard

It is.
It's listed under Conqueror advanced property not observation.

It's mostly overwhelming your opponent with Conqueror to disturb there observation sight.
From Katakuri vs Luffy we know how much of focus it requires to achieve that, and Kaidou vs Luffy on contrary is so chaotic, Luffy barely used FS like 3~4 times in the entire battle.
