Controversial If Paramecias were rarer how would they affect the story?

They’re too OP and hindered Goofy a lot. What u think th story about Paramecias will be If they’re the rarest?

They are kind of rare. In all the East Blue we only saw two of them. It's only in the Grand Line that we really start to see them.

If they were to be the rarest class of fruit, I think Oda would keep the philosophy that they’re as strong as the user is creative. High high ceiling but you start low. So the top & high tiers that have Paramecia will be made to seem very intelligent, experienced, etc. more so than those with zoan or logia which would likely be treated similarly—a quick and instant road to power, only this theme impressed more.

They would be the ultimate hax fruits.

Like if Paramythias were basically treated the same way as MZs are currently, then you'd have just a few OP reality warping ones. WB's Gura, Fuji's Zushi, BM's Soru etc.

I could also see some of the non-OP ones being rewritten to be stronger; e.g Brook's could allow him to resurrect others maybe.
