It being only affective on Domi Reversi seems strange and unlikely but thinking about it Chopper in 30 years and almost 1200 chapters hadn't fought any Zoans at all
What if it works on all Zoans or anything that transforms turns them back into their human/basic state i.e human human fruit
Of course theres gonna be limitations it won't work on people with incredible haki etc etc

I still think it's possible that ANY Devil Fruit User can smack the Reversi out of someone. It's possible that the Devils in THEIR Fruits can override Imu's "Devils" that are possessing people during Reversi. Possibly as part of the whole "you can't have two Devils inside of you or you'll explode" rule.
It would have been nice to see Brook hit a Reversi'd Giant, just to see what would have happened. But, he was conveniently busy the entire time the Reversi'd Giants were rampaging. Funny that.
As far as I recall, no one with a Devil Fruit has been Reversi'd. And no other Devil Fruit User has fought someone who has been Reversi'd, other than Chopper. So, it seems possible that having one Devil helps you inoculates others.
The only possible exception is Gunko, who does have a Devil Fruit, and still became a "Devil". But, that was a different situation since she was possessed by Imu, not Reversi'd, technically. And she has a Contract Mark, anyway. Plus...Gunko's just WEIRD, in general, so she might be a exception to a lot of rules.
But, for right now, I still think it's likely that ANY Devil Fruit User can undo Reversi. It might not be something specific to Chopper. It's just that Oda has been VERY careful about keeping any other Devil Fruit Users away from anyone who's Reversi'd.
