Depends on Gaban's showing. What I'm assuming is that there's some sort of trick to dealing with Imu and the God's Knights in general that Gaban knows. Outside of that he's probably a bum by current standards which is why he folded once Luffy turned gear 5.

If I'm wrong and Gaban isn't reliant on knowing something about Imu that Luffy doesn't, then I can comfortably put him about Kaido and Whitebeard.
