This could be a prime opportunity for the Xbox to make a comeback.

New upcoming games such as Gears of War: E-Day and the Halo: Campaign Evolved remake should at least make the Xbox relevant again, at least for a good couple of months or so.

The thing some people don't get is the fact that your Playstation needs only one small mandatory update and you lose ownership, doesn't matter if you own a physical copy or a digital copy.

Switching to digital only isn't what folks should be whining about, lack of game ownership is the real issue.

I just prefer digital copies cuz they're more convenient (disks can get scratches/destroyed/lost)

Me too! Gamers should try and push for some kind of law that legally forbids Sony from taking away your ownership.

Gamers taking pics of their new physical game collections like it's a big gotcha moment isn't going to change anything.
