Blackbeard is a crafty, evil son of a gun, so, I think, in honor of Ace's execution, Blackbeard (after kidnapping York) will offer Cross Guild a deal: I give you Garp, and, we livestream his public execution worldwide.
Since this will be a livestream, I'd expect the Blackbeard Pirates to also use it as a trap: try to lure in Garp's allies, to take them down, steal their Fruits, etc.
I believe this execution will happen on Wano during the Pluton War, but, it's possible it happens on Emptee Bluffs or Hachinosu.
So... who will come, to rescue the Hero of the Marines?

-Luffy + Straw Hats (they owe him for letting them escape Enies Lobby)
Even outside Luffy being Garp's grandson, Garp has let the Straw Hats go before, at Enies Lobby. It's clear from Hachinosu that Garp let them get away twice, honestly, as the canonball throwing was more of a test/him having fun: if Garp had wanted to sink the Sunny, it would be sunk.
Because of this, like with Kuma, the Straw Hats owe Garp a debt.
-Dragon + Sabo + Revs
Dragon already proved in Rogue Town he is willing to appear to protect his family. While Garp and Dragon do have many differences, I like to imagine that, overtime, while Garp has never been able to accept Dragon's decision, Dragon (who seems much more collected and serious than either Luffy or Garp) has come to realize why Garp has stayed with the Marines. I doubt he leaves his father to die.
Sabo likewise was raised by Garp, and, before the Revolutionaires, Dadan, the Mountain Bandits, and Garp really were Sabo's real parents. Even if Sabo has mixed feelings, I think for Luffy and Dadan's sake, he is 100% stopping this.
Considering how close the Revs seem to be in general (plotting an attack on Marijoa to save Kuma), I can easily see them rallying around Dragon and Sabo to save Garp.
-Smoker + Tashigi + Koby + Helmeppo + X-Drake + Other Marines
I've been waiting to see what the hell Oda's been saving these people for, and, the Garp rescue arc is it.
All of the Marines that have been kind of middling through the New World, will now have a rallying point: Garp. I already have Tashigi in Wano Act 4 to begin with, so her saving Garp in her true homeland is interesting. Koby has shown a lot of growth, and we've been waiting for Smoker to... do anything for awhile. I think there's a chance he got a Road Poneglyph from the Man Marked by Flames, and the Man Marked by Flames is the Admiral who "died" to Rocks, and faked his death. But that's another story.
X-Drake needs... something, and there's plenty of other Marines Oda has introduced recently like Grus and Kujaku who also need a dedicated mission/screentime.
-Don Chinjao (I WON'T LET YOU KILL HIM, HE'S MINE, BITCHES)
I think Don Chinjao will crash out over the idea of someone other than himself killing Garp, and force Sai to "save" Luffy's grandfather using their fleet.
-Whitebeard Pirates (that's Ace's Grandpa)
Garp being saved by the Whitebeard Pirates is hilarious to me, he'd be so angry. I can 100% see Marco going, "Ace would come to save you... so, in his honor, here we are!" Would make Garp mald so hard, funny stuff.
-Neptune
Garp has a good relationship with the King of the Fish-Man Island, Neptune, and I could easily see Neptune sending a delegation to help save Garp.
-Bogard + Garp's Crew
Bogard... the man... the myth... the legend. If he doesn't show up for this, maybe he never existed in the first place. In general, we've gotten jack shit about Garp's Crew, who I imagine is full of some fairly powerful/interesting individuals. Bogard will most likely lead the rescue operation, as Garp's right hand man, and we'll finally learn about him and his skills.
-Sengoku + Tsuru
This is already confirmed, these two goofballs are gonna track down their trouble making third wheel and try to save him from Blackbeard. These are both powerful characters we've never seen fight seriously, so, it will be a treat to see them take down some Pirates.
-Kong?
I mean... it's possible. Right? He's gonna do something by the end of the series...

-Other Pirates that also want to kill Garp
Garp is VERY well hated through the Pirate world. I can see more people like Don Chinjao showing up, to save Garp from execution, so they can then kill him themselves. Pirates are fucking crazy. We've even seen a Pirate express this desire recently towards someone he has beef with, Caesar with Vegapunk.
Garp has pissed off enough people, that some strong pirates will try to stop his execution, just because they want to strangle him to death with their own hands. Now that's proof of a long, successful career, isn't it!?!

I'm also wondering if Garp's execution method will be in boiling oil, like with Oden. I could see a scene with Garp holding other prisoners over his head.
Either way, once Blackbeard sells Garp to Cross Guild, even if there isn't a public broadcast, the entire world will rally to save/kill Monkey D. Garp.
