In my opinion, what’s going to happen is that Killigham will actually pull Sanji’s sweetest dream right out of his head. He’ll extract it from his sleeping mind and manifest it in reality: the All Blue
The proof is that Zaza is made entirely of water, so he can create water related dreams
He will likely put Sanji to sleep and conjure up a vast All Blue ocean from his dreams, teeming with all the associated flora and fauna, fish, and crustaceans, creating a giant water bubble that acts like a parallel All Blue world; he will then manipulate Sanji, trapping him inside and driving him off the deep end, turning him into a fanatical, irrational zealot upon seeing it.
