There was a terrible noise coming from all sides as the island collapsed and the ship sailed away. There were two figures hovering over him.
“Son of the Captain ay? Whatever. Just don’t hurl em overboard” said Silver Axe.
“Nay, mamama I shall not hold on to him at all get it? Unless his uncle Shiki agrees to take care of him…” said Linlin.
“Psh. I ain’t taking care of no bastard child!” Boomed Shiki pushing the two out the way. He looked distraught both sad he hadn’t won the affections or the forced love of Shakky, and clearly still coming to terms of what had occurred in the island God Valley. Shiki picked up the small bundle with the small nose poking out.
“Well, what’s your decision Linlin?” At that Linlin tossed the baby overboard, into the depths of the ocean.
later, the baby started wailing and crying. 😢
“Crazy bitch. Whatever.” Shiki dove and attempted to rescue the baby grabbing it a few moments before his leg completely submerged into the dark ocean?!
As they split with bitter words for each other the place emptied out except Shiki holding the baby staring at its eyes.
“What’s gotten into me? Have I gotten soft? No… that’s not it…”
And so Shiki, naming the infant Saran, raised him on his island 🏝️ of Yano Kuni for a few years, but that dear viewer is a tale for another time…
