They used Shanks to leech feats now they use Xebec to leech feats because Mihawk has literally no decent feats still, , Xebec's style (who used pistol and axe before) says "hammer" like style, it's brute style with little skill, Mihawk is WGS, it's a skill title. WSM is the strength title.

WGS mean someone don't have the best Haki levels so they can't be around WSM level, they can stay as WGS.

-When Xebec, Roger were alive, no one was WSM over them.
-When Mihawk was WGS, WB was WSM over him.

Mihawk will be surpassed by Luffy's underling Zolo, he has no place in top 10. He is Crocodile's partner, while Xebec gives PTSD to Imu.
