Character Discussion Luffy's enemies represent the evil version of the strawhats

#1
Looking back at the strawhat adventure, Luffy has been fighting enemies that represent the evil version of each strawhat.
  • Arlong/Hody Jones represent the evil Jinbe racist against human
  • Crocodile is the evil Franky. Crocodile wanted Pluton for his military might, while Franky understood the threat of technology from his flashback and decided to burn down Pluton blueprint
  • Katakuri is the evil Robin. Someone who is withdrawn from other people and had trust issue from their past
  • Doflamingo is the evil Usopp who used lie and manipulation for his own benefits. Thats why there was huge emphasis for God Usopp during Dressrosa arc
  • Caesar represents the evil Chopper who used science for human experiment rather than healing diseases
  • Rob Lucci is the evil Brook. They value and carry on the mission given to them. Brook obeyed the king from his flashback, and lucci obeyed the world government. Brook has morale in his actions though, unlike what we knew about Lucci
  • Kuro is the evil Nami. Kuro wanted to kill Kaya simply to inherit her family wealth. Nami is gold digger but she would never abandon her morale for thatp
  • Blackbeard is the evil Luffy. This one is quite obvious and hinted from the pie eating scene and doesnt need much elaboration.
  • Wapol is the evil Sanji. Someone from royalty family and have ability from modified body. Wapol abused his royalty lineage only for his own goods, while sanji humbled himself to be the servant of chuji and the other rats
  • Lastly, Imu with various sword attacks and moniker related with hell/devil representing....well we already know who's our great swordsman, don't we? :myman:

SII - Sakazuki Incinerate Imu

Imu is evil Shanks! Redheads have historically been associated with witchcraft, the Devil, and bad omens in some European folklore.

The mosshead is evil Kaido - lazy, drunk, puts his hopes in Joyboy/Goofy, a battle junkie, obsessed with strength, and smelly (one is a fish, and the other doesn't bathe) :zosmug:
