You know what? Let's explore a few other possibilities, just for fun.
Apparently, there's ANOTHER less formal version of the Somali word "baad" that means "ransom". Mind you this is according to a reddit thread, so take that with a whole cup of salt. So, if we still want to say this is connected to Blackbeard in some way, maybe this movie could be about Blackbeard ransoming Vivi to Imu and the World Government? It'd be strange for that to still be a ongoing plot in 3 years time, but...maybe?

"Baad" is also the practice of giving a woman to another family to atone for crimes. Basically, a criminal's family is "fined" by giving a woman of their family to the family that was wronged. So, again, something involving Blackbeard and Vivi could make sense. Or maybe this could somehow involve Lili and Imu back in the past? Maybe this could be a "origin of slavery" in the One Piece World movie?

"Baad" can also mean "wind" in Iranian. Which could imply something involving the Storm God Fruit or maybe even Monkey D Dragon. But, that word is also associated with the concept of "Zar", which are evil wind spirits that spread disease and can possess people's bodies. And given how important various strange diseases are becoming in the story, I could see the movie being about this, somehow. Possibly involving or explaining some of the tree-borne diseases in this world. The logo COULD also look a bit like a fluffy cloud in the sky, so the movie involving "wind" somehow might be the best fit of these options.

It's also...the name of a Japanese rock band from the early 90s?! Um...that's probably not related, but maybe Oda was just a really big fan, back in the day? Oda DOES like music, and it seems to be pretty important in the story, with Binks' Sake being important. So, who knows?

So, yeah, I can't find anything definitive. But, here's a few more options to ponder.
