Of course, Oda himself don't put Sanji into circumstances where his belief caused genuine harm to himself or others he cared.
During WCI, He fed Big Mom with the risk of her gaining strength and killing his crew. A lot of Sanji fans themselves hated this.

It’s not necessarily about respect, to Sanji and Zeff it’s just something morally wrong. He doesn’t assume women are weak, or because he’s taught to never be mean to a woman, Sanji will call a woman a bitch to her face but still not kick her because Zeff beat it into him that “real men don’t hurt women.” As such Sanjis body now cannot physically do anything to cause harm to a woman.
I mean... they are weak. But yeah you have a point. Theres nothing morally wrong with acknowledging statistical averages of strength between men and women. I think this would obviously play into sanjis views around women.
