At the end of Wano, no such singing occurred.
We got Princess Hiyori BENG BENG BENGING on the Shamisen, rocking the Moon Princess, but no Fat Lady Singing

WANO AND BIG MOM AREN'T DONE, YET, IT AIN'T OVER TILL THE FAT LADY SINGS!!!
So, we're gonna return to Wano, and see Linlin again (though I think she'll come to Elbaph, first).
The next time Big Mom sings, IMO, is when Pluton is finally dealt with, and Act 4/5 ends.
Then, I wouldn't be surprised if/when Big Mom dies, she likewise dies singing. Would fit her character well.
Either way, point is, THE FAT LADY DID NOT SING at the end of Wano, so, neither she, nor the arc, are completed.
The most advance foreshadowing, maybe even fiveshadowing, sasuga, Oda.
Can't wait for more Musical Big Mom numbers in the future. I need to see Cracker do a tap-dance routine, and Oven's famous fire-dancing.
