General & Others All the straw hats should have had basic CoO and CoA after the timeskip

That and in Wano all of them should have learned Ryou/flowing CoA not just Luffy, incorporating it into their own fighting styles and using it in their own unique ways.

Also in my headcanon, each straw hat should have gotten a fight, as follows

Nami vs Ulti complete 1 vs 1
Brook vs Page 1
Chopper vs Perospero
Usopp vs Jack

rest as in the manga but reframe all their power ups as Ryou centric such as framing Ifrit Jambe as Diable Jambe + Ryou and Hardening + Exoskeleton so he doesn’t burn himself

Wano would have been the perfect opportunity for All the Strawhats to learn Haki and get some training.

Franky, Robin, Nami & Usopp don't need CoA,
Chopper needs it, but He is young, it's fine to reserve it for later,
Only Brook can benefit from CoA Upgrade imo.
