There's no way it's Luffy, his diet is just meat. He DOES end up in water a lot, though, so I almost feel like I should discount him.
The issue is we don't know how reliably most characters bathe, we just don't Zoro and Luffy are stinky bois.
I'm gonna go with Katakuri. Moderate sweets in his diet, but with really good ingredients. Gets hygiene tips from Brulee. We know he doesn't shower because he lives in his Mother's basement
