Imu wasn't fighting Loki and Luffy simultaneously before man...
Now Oda just allows them to land few "hopeful" attacks on Imu and blud will be fresh at the next chapter. Sure, the way how Imu is being tossed around is stupid af but this mf was looking fresh af even after taking that Ikoku combo. There's no doubt Imu will continue the same at the next chapter OR destroys them all until Loki uses Hybrid Mode.

I did read the chapter first part loki come down on Imu with his hammer and Imu move.
Then you see loki keep on attacking while Imu moving away and went up to the sky .
We see the ussop speech and then Imu appear and loki was waiting for him .
Loki charge up a huge lightning attack and luffy use it along with hammer .
It broke Imu shield but did no damage to him since we did not see him get harm in any way which is where luffy attack came it .
So at end of the day it took both Loki and luffy to do the damage.
Loki get ridde of the shield but it did not hurt Imu and luffy was with in the lighting and hurt him was his attack.

Of course. I live each chapters like an episode. I created multiple playlist allowing me to have multiple types of One Piece ambiances (Apocalyptic, heroic, mythical etc.) and after 20 years, I'm able to predict and switch music quite effectively making my experience so cinematic.

And what happened right before this??? Imu attempted to avoid Loki with Soru, unsuccessfully because Loki read him and then struck Imu without Imu being able to dodge. This was definitionally Loki getting used to Imu’s speed and then blitzing him afterward. All of the instances of Imu dodging Loki were conditioning Loki to be able to learn Imu’s speed and blitz him.
We see Imu white eyed from Loki’s lightning, how exactly is that not damaging him? Because we didn’t see blood? Lightning doesn’t make people bleed smart one, it shocks and burns them.

Imu getting white-eyed, bloodied, stretched and having parts of his wing being blown off away, could indicate something bad for Imu.
So far Imu since his transformation looks ridiculously bad. If Imu doesn‘t start a massive counteroffensive without being used as a punching-bag slop, then Imu‘s first form feat and portrayal > the current one.
