Yeah, this latest attack from Loki is far superior to any other attack he has used with Ragnir. Luffy literally threw himself at it and asked Loki to use everything he had. He basically tanked Loki’s second or possibly strongest attack so far just to use it as momentum... Imu simply isn’t that durable. We can see that the attacks from Loki that Imu is avoiding wouldn’t even do anything to Luffy.
Wanji was done so dirty. Loki, being an Ancient Giant + wielding Ragnir, still has a hard time dealing serious damage to Luffy with blunt force attacks.
Choreography is so shit its unreal
I haven’t read any dialogue in a year prolly, not that there’s anything with value behind said dialogue, now you can’t even skim through the scans, bad for the eyes
Very nice chapter and looking at the TCB scan you can see luffy put in the more working in getting that last attack on Imu .
Loki did help out with his attack but did not break apart the shield like others were saying .
Imu put it back up and it get smash apart from Luffy attack with luffy using loki lightning .
Also very nice speech from Ussop.

I told people a fair amount of time that luffy is such a bad match up for loki .
2 of the things that make him powerful one don't effect luffy at all and other Luffy can tank that shit easier than usual .
What luffy did there was insane .
There most likley no other characters in serie that tanking that shit even Imu .
I would be interested to know who are the animators he took a bite with. Could be important because it could slightly effect the way he works and draws.
It’s insane how much Oda portrays Kaidou as being superior... Just look at this. Kaidou broke through a stronger defense and dealt more damage than Imu. Kaidou simply hits MUCH harder than Imu, even with two swords. And keep in mind that Luffy is more vulnerable to sword attacks than blunt force, yet Kaidou still hits harder than Imu.
Imu couldn’t even break through base Gear 5’s defense, while Kaidou was breaking through Gear 5’s defense even when Luffy used “G3” to protect himself. @sanjikun
Not to mention Elder @Elder Lee Hung absolutely loved the fact that Luffy basically told Loki: “Go all out with your attacks, Loki. Use Ragnir and all your raw strength as an Ancient Giant, and I’ll eat your massive attack like it’s nothing just to use the momentum.” LMAO
That attack practically killed the supposedly unstoppable Harald. LMAO
Well, if you actually look at the panels instead of pretending to be blind, you can clearly see that Kaidou broke through Luffy’s defense and hit him hard in the head, making him bleed a massive amount and temporarily knocking him out to the point where he started seeing birds.
Imu did none of that. In fact, he couldn’t even get through the weaker defense of Gear 5.
Did you forget about Vohu and Fragarach?
You even write that Imu didn't get past Luffy's Gear 5 defense—what a liar.
Kaido isn't even in the top 10 of the One Piece universe; Loki, even after being wounded, would easily defeat Kaido.
Imu is fighting the current top 2 and 3.
Loki is a beast of endurance; he survived a blow from the Cerberus sword, was then impaled by the Nemesis sword, and had his chest torn wide open by the Stigma sword.
No current character—aside from Luffy or Loki—would survive the Stigma Sword attack that Loki took; that opened a hole bigger than the one Akainu inflicted on Ace.
Without Gaban's help, Luffy would be chatting with Gol D. Roger right now; he would have been split in half by the Xingtian axe.
And I still have to read claims that Kaido is stronger than Imu. Kaido would lose even to Ragnir; for starters, there's no way he could ever consume the Nidhogg fruit.
Indeed. This is a direct message from Oda. A form of kind "F you". But not to his real fans. Rather the people, like you, who completely corrupted their reading experience to the point you are not able to understand the story no more and reason with something else than your illegitimate expectations.
Usopp's said it better:
Here I will be talking to everyone on this forum:
If you are ready to ignore 1000 chapter of a story to fullfill your edgy expectations of a story, you can go to the next island, we won't miss ya. And seems like Oda has finally had enough with you all (at least, if that is actually him sending a message, because it is still possible that it is not)
You lost the moral right to criticize the story the moment you stopped trying to even enjoy it for what it is instead of what you wanted it to be
You don't want One Piece ? You are too lazy to dive into it's deepness and analyze or criticize it correctly? Fine, it goes both ways. Reject Luffy's freedom, reject the possibility of an author challenging you with things that goes beyond the tropes you are usually fed up with... and the One Piece fanbase will make due without you.
Enough is enough.
You heard the Straw-hats. Let freedom speak, or get the F out of the way.
Usopp probably, unwittingly, excuded CoC. Gabans: "Hm? Where has this guy been until now...?" indicates that Gaban had not sensed him before. That in itself would not be an issue as Gaban probably hasnt sensed someone like Chopper or Nami either but Usopps CoC piqued his interest as in "has he on purpose been hiding his presence"? And if this comes into fruition then we all know that Lord Buggy will also one day show of why he was once regarded as Shanks adoptive brother and worthy of being an apprentice on Rogers ship.
