That's from his photoshoot for Perfect Magazine, but you're right if they maintain his hairstyle he is more likely to be Beyonder than Owen.

Once Upon a Time in the West (1968) is in my personal top 10 favorite films ever and can genuinely qualify as the greatest film ever made. Literally there isn't a scene in that film that isn't a masterpiece. It's the best film ever made about inevitability.

That is to say, Russos made a bold claim with that kinda remark, especially since the whole Doomsday story seems to be pushing Doom to be Beyonder-level threat for no reason.
