Doffy mogged Croc's bounty in his own arc back in Alabasta. If you think he will be below Croc's, you fundamentally don't understand One Piece.

We dont know simce when was Crocodile a pirate, dont say stipid things and time aint the only measurement of bounty, look at Buggy.
Oda said in SBS that Crocodile became a Warlord in his "Early" Twenties,
That means his Bounty was Frozen possibly same year as Roger's Execution or 1-2 Years Later at most,
He was probably among First Warlords, if not the First.
Doflamingo joined Warlords 10 years ago, He was in his early 30s.
Also, according to Oda, Crocodile started as Promising Rookie similar to Luffy, while Doflamingo already started his Evil Journey at Age 10.
That's a very interesting bet. My take is ~2B, with a range between a 1.5B minimum and a 2.2B maximum.
Boa received a 1.659B bounty primarily for her raw individual strength and little empire. Dofla is incredibly strong, and his explicit knowledge of the National treasure makes him a massive liability to the WG. That secret alone guarantees he clears the 1.5B floor.
On the other hand, I don't see Oda giving Dofla an higher bounty than post-timeskip Teach, who had been an Emperor for over a year at that point. BB's initial Emperor bounty was 2.247B. Giving Doflamingo a higher bounty than an established yonko who holds two of the world's most destructive DFs and Is a Davy D. just isn't likely. He has to stay under that 2.247B ceiling imho.
Because of this, I think a number right around 2B is the most likely. It could push near 2.2B, but as I said, definitely not above BB.
