With the way Oda is padding to get to One Piece 1200 we wont get the wings fight this year. We'll get more of Usopp's talk-no-jutsu, more of Child of Destiny, Luffy, being saved by others and than having his PR machine, Bumsopp call out the guy that just sacrificed his arm for him despite doing nothing this entire arc.

I think we could still see those fights this year. Especially the Sanji fight.
Oda doesn't even realize the most anticipated fight is the Sanji fight because of the Wano CoC aspect. We already know Zoro will power through as always and the Luffy fight will go through endless cycles of Luffy loosing and getting back up.
