Harald couldn’t do anything to shanks or Gaban most the fight either but because the regeneration he was able to least until they tied themselves out and slowed themselves down and beat their asses. Same exact thing was going to happen to Loki. If not for Harald freeing his mind like Gunko did and telling Loki exactly how to kill him and not defending so the attack would work.

The narrative was Loki getting this fruit to prepare Elbaf for the brewing war with the WG and preserving Elbafs future. Which Harald said directly

You forced the agenda on it and was just dead wrong

Nope. It's just that Summers is a crap fighter.

Do you remember all the way back in Alabasta. 4-5 guards drank a poison that gave them super human strength for 5-10 minutes. Of course the buff was real! But as they were shit fighters they couldn't touch Logia Crocodile.

Same thing here. Summers level has shot through the roof. He is still a shit fighter though who can't handle Zoros swordplay, CoA or CoC.

Yeah such downgrade. As much as Kaku's DF being goofy and he has Usopp nose, fighting him doesn't feel like downgrade after fighting the likes of Daz Bones.

Sommers might lack the cool "aura factor" that King and Lucci had, but he (buffed with Omen) is much stronger than them.

First of all: every Knight of God can't be killed unless you're an adv. Conqueror user, this means that about 99.9% on One Piece world don't stand a chance against them.

Second: even if you know how to use adv. CoC you have to realize how to use it (the heart thing) which isn't really immediate.

Don't be fooled by Sommers careless behavior (and even Killingham's, to a degree), the Knights of God are one of the peaks of the food chain.

We'll see a rehash of Boros and Saitama:
- Zoro will dice him up inti little pieces but still not hit the heart
- Sommers will regenerate angrier than before
- "I'll blow both you and this island into kingdom come!"
- Then Zoro will mew and say something like "Alright, then I'll use my ultimate move too. Onigiri Series: Onigiri Slice."
- Cut to Sommers lying on the ground, drained and dying
- "It was a hard fought battle" says Zoro
- "Liar..." says Sommers "you had strength to spare"
- End of chapter, Woro is Top 1 in the World Popularity Poll
