I am saying its not tied to an external event like defeating Kaku was necessary for the key to Robin, defeating Ryuma was key to getting Brooks soul back, defeating Pica was necessary otherwise he would kills too many people, defeating King was necessary because no one else could handle him for the raid to succeed.
Yasheen Sanji has to unlock Conquerors then he has to figure out how to infuse it into his attacks then he has to somehow destroy Killinghams heart with blunt damage. You Sanji fans have not fully grasped the difficulty of what Sanji has to do……. I think it’s time for you to come to terms with the fact that For the first time ever, Zoro will defeat his opponent easier than Sanji will. Sanji is about to have the fight of his life. There will be pain, blood, and internal struggles.

I think these fights actually told us a lot:
They introduced the concept of Omen which I feel will be very important in the future as an enemy buffing tool
They introduced the concept of Twenty King weaponry which confirms that at least some of the Twenty Kings were warriors
They allow the chicken wings to practice becoming true cockroaches

That’s literally it. Say what you want but both Zoro and Sanji are at the same point in this journey of using CoC. Both know they have it, but just need to learn how to use it. Once they do fights over. Sanji already has internal damaging attacks so destroying the heart won’t be a problem.
