I tried noodles but they seemed kind of tasteless, is that how they're supposed to be?

raw noodles by themselves? yeah they are always tasteless

its the seasoning / spices you add that give them their taste

you can tell whether a noodle is seasoned or not just by color alone (pale = none, darker = yes)

I guess it depends on how it's made....where I'm at we got masala packets which we add while boiling the noodles so there's a lot of flavour. I also love spaghetti which comes with sauce and meat.
