Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein, and the Epstein Client List is a conspiracy, because we have mounds of proof that the list, and the criminals bribing and blackmailing governments on it to remain free, are real.
Big Foot is not a conspiracy, nor a conspiracy theory, on its own. Big Foot is not plotting to rob a bank, which would be a conspiracy, and no one is making theories about Big Foot committing crimes such as robbing banks, so, those are not conspiracy theories.
That is the most important thing to remember here: there needs to be a criminal, unethical element to a conspiracy.
The Loch Ness monster is not a conspiracy nor conspiracy theory. It's a myth/urban legend.
Now, say, is someone from the government DELETED or censored information about Nessie, THEN you would have a conspiracy, and if a YouTuber made a video accusing the government of illegally threatening individuals into deleting proof of Nessie, you'd have a conspiracy theory.
The ethical/criminal element is the most important element in conspiracies and the theories around them.
As I believe many non-human species are being unethically imprisoned, experimented upon, and in some cases bred, I DO believe that many of these more "mystical" elements DO have a conspiracy aspect to them.
My first theory here will be regarding the Bible and other religion texts being propaganda created by Advanced Races colonizing earth to brainwash us physically, mentally, and spiritually into being their slaves. This will also require a deep dive into the concept of reincarnation. Many of the "Gods" in our history were real, and presented to us in heavily distorted texts, due to both religious and political propaganda, and our ancestors being manipulated and unable to fully describe what they were experiencing both due this manipulation from higher powers and due to their limited physiology (humans on average see 0.0035% of the electro magnetic light spectrum. We are cosmically, or should I say, Three Eye Blind).
Religion is a mix of native accounts and colonizer propaganda, from both extra terrestrial and interdimensional forces. This explains the destruction and desecration of functional spiritual practice in favor of modern colonizer religions: the texts from the rebelling lower races are constantly being censored by the higher forces.
In this vein, Christ and Buddha were not merely rebelling against the empires destroying the world around them: they were rebelling against the spiritual hierarchy and forces ruling the planet themselves. And I think that's metal as FUCK. OH YEAH.
I will label this use of religious propaganda to perform mass rape and war as a conspiracy, not a theory, as the child murder and child rape from modern religions have been extensively documented. These are criminal war rackets and child sex trafficking outlets masquerading as spiritual services and ethics.

In other words, I'm going to try to make it clear when something is a proven conspiracy, like the modern US government being run by child rapists, America being founded by child rapists, and religion mutilating baby penis foreskin and baby vagina clitoris all around the planet, and conspiracy theories, like the idea our religious are run by Advanced Races masquerading as humans.

I have no idea why people think advanced species would lack either natural camouflage, or technology that allows it. If they are truly beyond us to that extent, it would make a lot of sense they either have natural, or technological camouflage. I believe Earth/Gaia has been colonized through our history, and that many of the wars through our history involve humans being enslaved, genetically altered, and forced to fight under these "Gods" who came down from above.
While modern religious leaders like to lie about everything (see Jeffrey Epstein and his connections to modern religions), our ancestors ACTUALLY BELIEVED THE SHIT they were talking about.
The fact that many ancient cultures of significant size and history has depictions of sky people visiting us from above in ships indicate this has been happening FOR A VERY LONG TIME.
And I believe this is the true ontological shock those who know the truth fear.
These people can't handle gay kids.
Interracial marriage.
People that look different.
If you proved that their religious were just Advanced Races manipulating us with distorted half truths, with propaganda... if you proved that hybrids are real, and that Alien species and Interdimensional Species have been colonizing us and enslaving us for millennia...
Are you really going to tell me the people that can't handle immigrants from other countries, are going to be able handle being told their shiny pass to heaven is fake, and they were always just a brainwashed heathen?
So, I believe this is the reason for the cover up on the "good guys" end: they are terrified that once the truth comes out, humans will just seek war with these Advanced Beings. If we're too believe the basic gist of human mythology, our species has been "culled" and reproduced many times. And if this was revealed, we would be quite angry, naturally.

The solution to keep the slaves from rebelling against the gods? Hide the gods from the public.
