I think Kidd was stronger up until Luffy fought Katakuri. That's when Luffy really started to take things to another level, and was able to fight strong opponents in base.

Right now, I think Luffy, Law, and Kidd are similar in power, as all three of them need extensive help to be able to beat top tiers in a serious fight.

Kidd and Law are shown as Luffy's equals for a reason by Oda.

Kaido took a ton people to take down, but was knocked out by the end of the fight, while Big Mom fought way less people, but fought two Captains on Luffy's level, Kidd and Law, for a long time, and unlike Kaido never went unconscious on panel.

Luffy has better Haki, and stronger forms, but his strongest forms from his Fruit leave him vulnerable. Law and Kidd have worse Haki, but their Fruits don't leave them vulnerable like Luffy, while also not being able to do as much damage as Luffy's Fruit.

All three are worthy of their current Bounties.

I can't find any good reason Kidd and supernovas exist in the series. Expect Bonney all of them are just useless and spending time to read for them is just wasting time from your life. They appeared one day from nothing and now they disappeared like they appeared. Possible one piece writers put them for little peak and some fights in the feature like vs big mom because strawhats are completely trash crew expect monster trio. They don't have even normal haki most of them and they face kaido and big mom crew. One piece writers focus only in luffy and they left the other crew completely noobs. Milking one piece for money. Should rername the one piece to (one money oda piece)

In theory... Warlord Law (from Punk Hazard) can probably one-shot Poneglyph delivery boy Kidd (worth 3 Billion berrys) just like Yonko Shanks did.

Kidd has worse cqc skills than Vergo and worse speed/haki feats than Sanji or Smoker who were Chambres or MES victims.
Awakened or otherwise, Kidd's best attribute is being a glorified punching bag which is damn near worthless against Warlord Law or Boundman Luffy tbh.

Idk why you're acting like Shanks wouldn't have one shot Law too lol. Shanks got the jump on him using his FS. The same would have happened to Law.

The only one who would survive the longest is luffy and that's specifically because he can see the future too.
