battle will take place at beehive island, i think. Its a sentimental place for BB since it was xebec's island. Also the island was said to get "crazier" as you delve deeper into centre of it, so its probably going to be meant for SHP to adventure inside progressively (the weaker strawhats fight in outer side of the island, while the stronger one delves deeper into the center)

2. Zoro vs Shiryu (swordsman and 2nd strongest vs swordsman and 2nd strongest)
3. Sanji vs Pizarro (Pizarro was a king from the north blue, his epithet is "corrupt king", perfect opponent for Sanji if he needs to refine his Conqueror’s Haki. Personality-wise he resembles some of Sanji’s past opponents like Queen or Jabra + Sanji used to cook for rats and Pizarro is cat-themed)
4. Jinbe vs Burgess (helmsman vs helmsman, both are physical fighters but complete opposites personality-wise)
5. Usopp vs Van Augur (sniper vs sniper)
6. Nami vs Lafitte (navigator vs navigator)
7. Chopper vs Doc Q (doctor vs doctor)
8. Franky vs Sanjuan Wolf (Sanjuan Wolf’s epithet is “Colossal Battleship” + perfect opportunity for General Franky to become the ultimate mecha)
9. Robin vs Devon (by elimination)
10. Brook vs Vasco Shot (also by elimination)

Laffitte is too important to leave to Brook, and is a tap dancer. He has "Sanji fight" written all over.
Plus, Pizarro being the island-man fits nicely against Jimbei, the only SH to be able to fight better in the sea than on land.
Vasco's spirits theme fits Brook's soul king persona, his fiery alcohol vs the afterlife's ice.
Which leaves us with Jesus and Robin: not a fight I'm too happy with, but Robin does have a precedent of taking on a bulky opponent in Skypeia.

Actually, if we follow that line of reasoning regarding crew importance and strength, it makes much more sense to pit Sanji against Jesus Burgess

Laffitte is the man who whispers in BB's ear. The man who flew up to MJ to pitch BB as a Shichibukai.
Laffitte is the most important BBP after BB himself.
He isn't going to fight one of the other SHs.
He was designed as the opponent for one of the East Blue four initial SHs.
He's never pulled out a blade out of the cane: so Zoro is ruled out.
Doc Q is a doctor: so Chopper is ruled out.
Van Augur is a sniper: so Usopp is ruled out.
Which leaves Sanji, or Nami.
Zoro got a swordsman opponent in Shiryu later on, and Cat Thief Nami got an opponent once Fox-themed Lesbian Killer-of-Hot-Women Devon was revealed.
And with Judge's experiments veering toward him trying to replicate Lunarian invincibility, Blackleg Sanji is almost to a T made out to be Whitewing Laffitte's counter.
Hell, Laffitte is dubbed "sheriff", and Sanji's original design as "Naruto" had him use a gun, and Laffitte is a master of stealth (raid suit echo) and infiltration (Mr Prince persona).

Yeah, all this. Plus, they have a good contrast: one was exiled for his brutality and took up the epithet "Demon Sheriff," while the other lost his kingdom at the hands of demons.
Also, I know some people speculate that Lafitte has the mythical siren Zoan. If that pans out, then Lafitte vs. Brook could be a battle of sound, since sirens use their alluring voices to affect prey.
