The "Monster Trio" of the Blackbeard Pirates (which excludes Kuzan) was made clear with this panel:
And it's no coincidence that the dynamic is very similar to the one between King, Queen and Jack:
It's a recurring Oda pattern:
To me, these matchups are carved in stone.
Then, there are those based on the Crew Roles:

I pair Robin with Pizarro because I think the key to defeating him will be spotting his real body while he controls the entire island. Robin will learn mid-fight a very advanced form of Observation Haki which will allow her to locate Pizarro and finish him off.
Brook is the only one I pair with Vasco Shot by exclusion and not for real reasons...
Kuzan, if really is an enemy, won't be defeated by a SH but by an Ally. Kinda like Big Mom that was defeated by Kidd & Law.
And finally, the obvious battle between Captains --> "Strawhat" Monkey D. Luffy vs "Blackbeard" Davy D. Teach.
- The Stoic 1st Commanders --> "Pirate Hunter" Roronoa Zoro vs Shiryu "of the Rain"
- The Flashy 2nd Commanders --> "Black Leg" Vinsmoke Sanji vs Lafitte "the Demon Sheriff"
- The Blunt 3rd Commanders --> "Knight of the Sea" Jinbei vs "the Champion" Jesus Burgess
To me, these matchups are carved in stone.

Drum island isn't the homeland of the cherry blossoms. Hiluluk wanted to bring the cherries to Drum so that the winter island could hope again.
Which means that he first saw the cherries elsewhere.
So he did leave Drum at least once.
There are also fan theories that the place WB and Roger are shown having sake together during Marineford is the same as Hiluluk's cherries, which in itself could mean that Hiluluk could've traveled with one of them, but that's beyond the point here.
Not only that, but he was a quack doctor who received a different medical education than Drum's own doctors. Meaning, again, that he was medically trained away from Drum.
As for Doc Q being Hiluluk's son:
- Hiluluk is a Quack Doctor. That is his title. It's quite ironic that Doc Q has those initials inverted DQ.
- Doc Q itself, as a name, is a pun on the Japanese "doku", meaning poison. Doc Q is a poisonous doctor, killing his patients; Hiluluk was given a poisonous mushroom by Chopper by mistake, and died because of it
- Hiluluk's own philosophy is that "A person only dies when their name is forgotten." Doc Q's nickname is Shinigami, Doctor of Death, even carrying a scythe with him
- Hiluluk is paired with Chopper, a reindeer; Doc Q is always with his horse, Stronger
- both Hiluluk and Doc Q have pale faces, big noses, long hair
- both Hiluluk and Doc Q use explosives
- both Hiluluk and Doc Q are sick doctors. Doc Q has been sick and frail since he was a child
- both Hiluluk and Doc Q are criminals: Hiluluk was a thief before becoming a doctor, and Doc Q is a pirate
- Doc Q was both 28 years ago, when Hiluluk was studying the cherry blossoms, away from Drum

No idea.. mainly because Usopp, Nami, and Brook are incapable of solo fight and there is only 1 woman in BBP which does not match the number of the strawhats.
Let's say Usopp and Nami fight Van Augur and Catarina Devon, then there will be no opponent for Robin. For sure Oda won't match Robin against Lafitte. Honestly I don't think Robin will get a solo fight either.
Even if the M3 and others get a solo fight, the rest of them will not get one. So pitting the fights into 1vs1 basically makes no sense.
