Boundman probably can overpower Jozu, send him flying and blitz him if they fought directly. I don't think Boundman was close enough to blitz Cracker and destroy all of his biscuit soldiers.

Cracker did confront him directly at least once, and the distance itself doesn’t seem crazy.

Even if Boundman can outspeed Jozu, he’s not going to be destroying his diamond defense if Cracker’s biscuit knights & haki were too much. The disparity in diamond portrayal to almost anything else is so massive

I'm comparing Boundman and Jozu. Boundman was portrayed stronger by overpowering parasite, faster by blitzing Jozu. Doflamingo being stronger or not has no bearing on how Boundman is superior to Jozu except in durability.

That isn't happening when there are two flying Zoan YC1's who ,both kicked BM ship out the sky,both refused another emperors invitation,both got their bounty in the same arc(1.347vs 1.390),they ended up fighting each other and the 1.374 dude ended up exhausted and daydreaming about gods on top of grandline,because the 1.390 was an insurmountable wall to the 1.374 dude.
