I think Kizaru might be a surprise. He's the top tier nobody ever connects to CoC just because of his personality and Oda has a perfect reason why we wouldn't have seen it on Egghead. He was just depressed doubting himself all throughout the arc.

Kizaru could have extremely strong coc too, he has the will for it. he is willing to die for simply eveything. the moment he heard about Kaido and Big Mom he was willing to jump in. Luffy and his whole Crew on a island, Kizaru "fuck it I go in alone".

problem I see is that he is not stronger than Kuzan who imo is a gate keeper, and I dont think he will be as importent as Fujitora in the Future who I think will be the next fleet admiral

It's the contrary lol. The worse OP gets the more it appeals to the normies. The past few years have probably been the most successful in Oda's life.
