All this fight with Sommers has taught us is how intentional and controlled his usage of CoC is, but he did use it against Lucci

We can because of the fact that again advanced coc lightning is vastly thicker and bigger as this chapter has clearly shown

Sanji hasn't unlocked CoC either, yet Gaban felt his ambition and advised him on how to unleash it. Mihawk for 2 years hasn't even told Zoro once that he has the ambition, he has to unleash it and that CoC is needed to be the strongest swordsman in the world, unlike CoA where Mihawk said it's essential.

Now don't get me wrong, I already told you ACoC is part of a top tier swordsman's tool kit, but the conclusion isn't that WSS = the guy with the stronger CoC regardless of fighting style.

I don't get why people think it was a gotcha that Mihawk randomly noted that CoC is a thing.

Sanji will unlock CoC one hour after Gaban told him how to do it and goes straight into ACoC, while Mihawk didn't manage to tell Zoro so during a 2 year period.

Advised him on how to unleash it. Lol CoC unlocks when it unlocks. Mihawk already told Zoro when he met him to travel the world and keep getting stronger. Fighting stronger opp6wpuld eventually unlock it which it did. Go reread the story.
