So Mihawk doesn’t have conqueror’s Haki, because no one has ever stated that he has it. All CoC users were identified as such but Mihawk wasn’t, therefore he doesn’t have CoC.

Name one example? When Oda reveals a CoC user, he reveals that they have CoC. Sooner or later. But with Mihawk it’s been 30 years and not a single mention that he has CoC.

You acknowledge that just because a CoC user isn’t immediately confirmed doesn’t mean someone doesn’t have CoC, but shut your eyes at the sight of an obviously black blade because it hasn’t been mentioned in a dialogue bubble yet. Lol

But dialogue bubbles exist for the purpose of carrying the plot forward, characters talk about what is contextually relevant for the purpose of the overall narrative. Oda uses dialogue bubbles to convey the plot of what is happening right now, and he uses art to convey broader details about a character.

Green Bull’s tattoo wasn’t commented on initially, does that mean he doesn’t have a tattoo? No, it’s just that Green Bull’s tattoo was not important to the plot and so it was not mentioned. It’s the same with Green Bull’s black blade, it wasn’t mentioned because it was not relevant to the plot of post-Wano, where there were a lot of other plots being carried forward such as the fall of two Yonko, the Marines entering Wano for the first time, the young shogun of Wano questioning what it means to open the borders of the country to the outside world, etc…the dialogue was used to convey all of this, while Oda used his art to introduce us to other details that were not immediately relevant.

Like, when characters use CoC, it is rarely mentioned in dialogue bubbles but you can still see them using it, lol. Your argument is just shonen-brained nonsense. I feel like if you wrote OP, the dialogue would be like:

“My name is Green Bull and I am an Admiral, I possess a black blade and I also wear a tattoo that indicates my tragic past.” That’s not how this works dude. Lol
