oda didnt want to give him a powerboost this arc because the only thing left for him to go to a legitimate top tier is one more significant boost so he repackages this as his coc arc so there's something left for the janitor.

I mean the way Zoros using CoC it definitely looks like a power boost. I think oda just didn’t know what to do for Wano PU so he made it Diet CoC

2. Shambles to take em
3. Amputate to sever their body parts, no damage technically, so they have to be pieced back together

If there is a devil fruit that can do anything. It's Ope ope fruit the 5 billion berryass fruit which can grant a god like Imu even immortality. I can imagine it modify a body to stop even the likes of regeneration

True. Unless someone has stronger haki like BB, Kaido or Big Mom then Law is a big, big problem. Even Doflamingo is actually a CoC user which puts his haki above Laws + he knew almost all of Laws techniques.

Scary part is that not only is the Ope Ope an overpowered 5B fruit but Law got it when he was like 8 years old or something and on top of that he is trained surgeon. No wonder he awakened it and can utilize it to perfection.

On a separate note my number one wish for One Piece 2027 would be to see Buggy fully awaken the Bara Bara no mi. It's a well known meme but honestly that fruit could also be very overpowered splitting atoms. And Buggy has had the fruit for 25 years so he should be a master as well.
