Yes Zoro imbued his slash with conquerors haki he’s just not fully aware of when he’s doing it correctly. That’s the whole point of the chapter

Zoro's powerup vs King was just him learning to tame Enma and nothing more. He released all his haki, without fear of dying, and inadvertently unlocked CoC. King questioning him about wanting to be King and Zoro responding yes, was just him acknowledging the fact that he wants to reign supreme above all swordsman.

Now this fight vs Bommers, is him learning to use CoC in his attacks, without necessarily going all out. Something he couldn’t do before. But it did have the added bonus of letting his body get used to the feeling of what CoC is, hence Gaban's shit. That's why Zoro's current flashback when it comes to CoC was a Mihawk & Gaban flashback, and not Kaido & King [even though they both mentioned it].

So no powerup this arc, so far, just him learning to regulate his powers, without going all out, which makes his Conquerors Haki attacks even stronger.

Admirals still have by far the best feats in the manga atp, with the exception of Loki neg diffing HK Harald and pushing Imu to mid diff while mortally wounded and not using hybrid.

Mihawk’s best feat is still fighting equally with Vista lol.

Mihawk > Saint Shanks is as obvious as Mihawk < Admirals. You should celebrate Mihawk > Saint Shanks for sure, Mihawk is among the strongest criminals of the modern day, I’m sure he can push an Admiral to a solid mid diff.

Shanks still needs to use "Wi-Fi Haki", he still has to do something to neg-diff an Admiral—whereas Kaido just needs to exist.

So on rereading the raws, Zoro was mostly using the flames throughout this chapter to which Sommers commented and Zoro himself said that this wasnt it. But the 1080 PH had lightning and the wifi haki had lightning and they were CoC confirmed.
Now I just want Zoro to use a new attack and break Gram too and finish Sommers next chapter. The inconsistency was the issue all along and not leakage or bad efficiency. He has been using it but doesnt know which part it is.
And it also confirms something that the KoH DD against King was stronger than the one used against Sommers, against King it had both the flames and the lightning but against Sommers the flames are missing.

Both Gaban and Zoro proved that you can even use the black lightning as a offensive power against someone - and Aramaki was "sniped" by someone who wasn't even on the country. He didn't even know Shanks attacked him.

King > Lucci > Omen Sommers
Only because King and Lucci dont have ACoC they cant put Sommers down permanently but that is a problem that even the Admirals cant solve.

I do think it’s interesting that besides Zoro just being kinda stupid it Zoro’s main issue when it comes to using conquerors is a mental hurdle. Mainly do to him not seeing himself as a conqueror

It took enma pushing him to his limits and Zoro himself trying to conquer the blade to pull it out of him. Hopefully we learn what it really means to Zoro to become the king of hell during this fight. I still think there’s a chance that enma turns black during this fight or at least this arc with it tying to death in some way

1.) None of them demonstrated the power to overpower a Dragon Damnation, the same move which defeated King. Zoro just had no control over his ACoC. Sommers is an opponent who forces Zoro to learn his ACoC (due to his regeneration) while he's facing KoH Zoro for quite a while.
2.) Bold part is a funny assumption considering every Admiral has CoC. If you'd just read Chinjao's statements about conquerors again, you wouldn't come up with this nonsense lol.
