Making Luffy the pirate king is the reason Zoro and Sanji are conquerors. Yes we know Zoro wants to become the worlds greatest swordsman and Sanji wants to find the all blue but neither of those things are the reason they’re conquerors. There’s one thing that they value more than there own lives and dreams and that’s Luffy

They’ve offered and even tried to sacrifice themselves on multiple occasions for Luffy and his dream

Even when unlocking conquerors the main reason is explicitly to help Luffy. So whether or not you think it’s too much glaze blame Oda for writing them that way
