Depends on which fights you want to compare it to.
In the end SSJ2 Sommers is just a practice dummy for Zoro and I dont think Oda has given any such opponent to Zoro before. There was that one guy in Skypea against whom Zoro first used the Pound Pheonix technique and he was a sort of warmup for the Ohm fight.

Even though this is barely a fight really it drawn better than the Lucci one with basically 1-2 pages before the Finishing attack and the result of it.

It still got the most cqc really after King. Pica was one off attacks because he was constantly ,and frankly Pica is still the flashiest and most clean to this day.

Monet wasn't even a fight like Hyozou but had the hype beast moment.

The landing remains to be seen but overall the 2nd best fight, because Oda couldn't be bothered to draw the others correctly. The others might have in the end better finishers than this,so it could change.

You would think an opponent that overpowered Zoro's strongest attack that defeated a YC1 would be a huge menace to Zoro but in reality, it was Zoro himself that was the menace.

Anyway, I wouldn't say I like or dislike Zoro vs Sommers fight, I do enjoy the part where Zoro cuts Sommers in pieces, at least that part was funny and entertaining.

But Zoro vs Monet (classic Oda drawing women fights), Zoro vs Pica (Hide and Seek like Idle's song), and Zoro vs Lucci (another classic Goda stalling meme fight) was way worse.

The reaction is heavily exaggerated. Sommers is probably the weakest among the 13 and is a warm-up for Garling or Nasujuro.
The problem with these immortals is that their gimmick will always exist

if Oda treats them as serious fighters then they might as well not even be immortal. But Oda isn’t even doing that with Imu.

Like even with Imu, Oda is having him sandbagging and getting hit and tossed around just because, well l, he’s immortal so who cares

I wouldn't say this idea is particular to Oda, though. After watching the RE movie, I was motivated to play the RE2 remake, so Mr. X, for example, is supposed to be a super soldier, but despite being intelligent enough to know guns equal bad, he'll just walk up to anyone and try to beat them to death, as he knows he's invulnerable, as they shoot him. So, whether it's super toughness or regeneration, a character with such a power will constantly show it.

Does that make sense?

Sure it’s universal but that’s what I’m getting at, If Zoro fights even Nusjuro the same shit will happen with Zoro magically being capable of slicing off his limbs like butter yet he somehow never manages to cut off the limbs of anyone he’s ever fought when thy are NOT immortal
