Pretty much. Its why I don't get when people try to act like the Holy Knights are totally incompetent. Lol. For all intents and purposes, up until they started having to fight people at a MINIMUM on upper YC levels (and usually higher), they were handling things relatively easily. And even then, as you said, they managed to deal with GABAN. Even if the method was underhanded, they still pulled it off. Not to mention how easily all of the other SH's got dealt with. Gunko folded half the crew like lawn chairs in under 30 seconds, and Sommers defeated Robin while screwing around and mid phone call (didn't even stop his conversation with Jarul. 😅).
99.99999% of the time they wouldn't have any problems. Its just that on Elbaf there was not just ONE abnormally strong person to screw up their plans, there was a whole Yonko crew, plus Gaban, plus LOKI, on top of the entire nation of Elbaf (including the Giant Warrior Pirates). And with only a handful of their members they kinda handled most of it just fine. Like, put any other 3 antagonists from any other crew/group here, thar aren't even anywhere close to being the strongest members of their faction, and most people don't perform as well as they did.
