Oda is will waste some pages for setup and there gonna be cliffhanger before Sanji gets CoC
Even for Zoro he wasted 1 and half chapter before he finally got control of it
My guess is that the progression will go something like this:
One or two chapters focused on Sanji, though he still won't unlock Conqueror's Haki.
Then, we’ll see Loki’s new ability as he battles Imu—with Imu on the verge of defeat.
Next, we’ll likely shift away from Elbaf to learn about Shamrock and the reason for his return, or perhaps get updates on Teach and Shanks.
Finally, we’ll return to Elbaf for the conclusion of the Sanji vs. Zoro fight...
...and the end of the battle involving Imu, Loki, and Luffy.
If I’ve come to know Oda at all over the years, this is the kind of progression I’d expect.

The fact that Oda didn't show Zoro's final blow is suspicious—plus, i find it hard to believe we'll see it at the start of the chapter.

Maybe Oda wants to show the consequences of Summers' defeat for Imu in the same chapter.

Let's also not forget that, Sanji vs. Killingham fight is actually two fights - there's also Zaza.

I’d really like to see Sanji big moment - we know it's coming - but in my opinion, the chances of that happening in 1195 are low.

It's weird to see Zoro finishing an opponent before Sanji.
It's still possible that we'll switch to Sanji before we see Zoro owning Sommers.

I could see Sommers running and hiding behind Imu, and Imu summoning Shamrock/Garling in.

I also wonder if Imu can like... sense Sommers' current condition since he's near him.
