Enma was the first catalyst to Zoro using COC.
This is a manga on-panel fact.
Doesn't mean Enma gave Zoro COC, but it was a catalyst.
The point was Zoro was hesitant using his haki with Enma.
The moment Zoro stop hesitating he activated COC.
