Robins DF is not a paramecia, in name it goes as flower fruit but it's actual nature is a mythical zoan. Lily is a flower and that is why it is called flower fruit but in actually it is Lilith mythical zoan. Can you see the similarities between lily and Lilith that's where the name comes from. Robins fruit is somehow like Luffys it changes its nature completely when its in full force. When Robin fought spider girl she had transformed her real form and that was Lilith, if you played Diablo you can notice similarities.
