Would a man who literally recognizes himself as a "cog in the machine" actually have Conqueror's Haki?
He doesn't.
Remember how confident bro talked to the newbies about rocks? Bumgoku literally only knew him from his bounty posters.

It cost GARP a destroyed Marineford to barely capture Shiki. Sengoku probably was as useful in that battle as Imperialdramon in the duel between Wargreymon and Blackwargreymon, or yamcha against the saiyans.

Biggest imposter and fraud ever

Not to mention Aokiji (ex-Admiral) and Koby (future Admiral) have already shown it. Plus, all other Saijo wielders have CoC, so why shouldn't Fujitora? And the list goes on.

But this has been clear since Dressrosa:

We were told there are "countless" conquerors. But since CoC exclusivity is the lifeline of certain agendas, some people denied it even in the face of reality. They coped even when an Admiral got officially confirmed to have it, just like Sengoku was, lol.
They will have it for sure.

And it would also explain two things about Kizaru in Egghead:
1) Why Luffy shat his pants when sensing him
2) Why he said that he now knows why Luffy's the man, who defeated Kaido. If he gets it confirmed he retrospectively could have also handled aCoC Snakeman just fine, thanks to his own CoC coating. It makes more sense then and Oda has just kept it hidden for suspense- like many already assume.

And before I find myself in the epicenter of some Admirals versus Yonkou nonsense like they're sports teams, I will note I believe at least Sakazuki and Issho can have Conqueror's. Kuzan is someone I would say would have unlocked it after leaving the Marines. I just don't think Borsalino and Aramaki have it, that's all.

Yes, a man willing to surrender his dignity to better his people is someone with a strong will contrast to Kizaru obeying orders he hated, but still did.
Not really. In both cases you have two men willing to surrender their dignity to do what they consider right. Lol

But I think the broader point of the Egghead arc was Kizaru’s humanity in conflict with his belief that to serving the WG is correct. Probably the first time Kizaru really struggled with that.
